The hotel is old. The furniture is old wooden furniture that is depressing. The property needs to be completely renovated with bright modern colours. The suite that we stayed sometimes had a bad wooden smell that was annoying.
On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and would go out of the way to make your stay comfortable.
The surrounding areas and landscapes were really good and thoroughly enjoyed walking through the property.

Hotel is too big, need a shuttle for everything. The slides were closed and the breakfast was not good, overall ok hotel but would not stay there again.

Did not find staff very helpful

good

Great location, and good and spacious rooms. Excellent service and good varieraty for breakfast choises.

We had a great stay. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Id stay here again.

Our room was clean and nice with few flowers. Staff was so kind!

this resort is so good. The service is in top! They are funny and kind! Perfect room allways clean and the resort is so clean

Terrible experience overall. Room service took hours. No response whatsoever when you ask for eta. Staff was rude.

Room was OK , the food in general was not good . We received poorly cooked meat , and completely burned uneatable nan bread x2 , breakfast area was too busy that we had to go to another restaurant where it was also too busy so we had to wait a for a while to have a breakfast. Entertainment quality was also really bellow any good level.
