Hotel is quite old definitely needs renovation of rooms. The bed mattress was very hard. However, and overall, the resort is huge with several swimming pools and easy access to the beach.

The perfect stay for a family holiday but not quite a 5 star. We did enjoy the location and the view from the rooms, the room cleaning and bar staff were 5 star, check in needs to be addressed.

Loved the layout of the hotel and the rooms at Pullman. Quite a large hotel so the shuttle service to get around is great. The kids and I enjoyed the use of each pool each day and swimming in the beautiful waters of Karon Beach just across the road. Best to get an ocean view room imo as these are closer to the beach and breakfast and reception etc. We loved that there are tuk tuks on the beach side of the hotel that can take you 6 mins away to Kata for night markets and yummy inexpensive meals. Or that if you turn right and walk 7 mins along the beach, there are great massages available. The only issue we had was at checkin where I had booked a deluxe twin sea View room with 2 double beds on Expedia for myself and 2 children and was told these room types only had two single beds and we would either have to pay extra for a rollaway bed to be added or move to a family room & pay an extra charge for this room type (with 2 queen beds) even though they had only garden views available. It took a bit of talking

It was amazing stay. Lovely property. U dont need to go anywhere else. Walk outside the property on the beach road to reach local restaurants .. beach is lovely

Staff were very good and friendly. Hotel located in a very a large area. Hotel is old and lot of maintenance are happening. A nice hotel for families with kids.

Super nice sea view at building A and only 2 mins to Karon beach. Water is clear and the sand is very soft.
Staff are nice, house keeping is good. But some ants on the writing desk, may be the furniture is quite aged. 5 mins walking distance to a small night street. Hotel dont have shop to buy drinks. Remember to buy some drinks or you need to order room service. Overall is a good experience.

First time stay in Karon, we really liked the sea view room. Beach nearby is very lovely and also like 15 mins walk to Karon area theres lot of things going on.

Hotel gives you old vibes, its huge but in need of renovation. Service is quite slow, the check in/out took very long. We arrived a bit early on the first day and had to wait 2 hours for our room which is fine, but no water, welcome drink or cold towel even if its +30 and people are clearly arriving from airport super tired. One day I was going back to my room after beach day and I found there was cleaning going on so decided to return to reception ask for water. The lady told I can go to ask from the bar, they tried to charge me 60 thb? I was literally dehydrated at that point. Not exactly 5 star hotel, water should be available in the reception. Toilet could have facial tissues also.
