What detracts from my grading was the torrent of AI-slop sent by email daily that didnt contain any useful information. For instance the check-out time, which would have been helpful to include in an informative email if your purpose was actually to inform. If all useful information is hidden behind a membership log-in (which I naturally didnt investigate), then Im out.

Minor peeve was that I had only one room key, but a second key card would have been useful to keep the electric a/c going while out, since it requires 2 h to reach target temperature. After some troubleshooting I inserted my metro card in the electricity breaker instead since I anyways was walking everywhere I went.

I believe the restaurant and bars are the main attractions of this hotel and I didnt visit any of them since Im not into fine dining (the breakfast was a solid 4/5 though). Being a slightly autistic engineer my preferences for a hotel are instead that the amenities run like clockwork and that Im being left alone without any attempts to sell me things, or filling up my inbox with notifications and useless pleasantries.

I should add that the staff of the hotel were fantastic and it was only automated systems that pestered me with un-information. Which should be an easy fix for Radisson to get rid of. Bring back the little written information booklets instead, faux-leather covers and all.
