This is one of the best hotels in Madrid. Right next to the Atocha train station and next to two major avenues, easy to get to and from the Airport (MAD terminal4) with Renfe. It is about a 1 mile walk to the city center as you walk through different neighborhoods… safe

Fantastic hotel! Staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean. It’s a great hotel to stay at for first time visitors of Madrid, with lots of transport options and close proximity to the city centre. However, there is a rooftop bar/club next door to the hotel which can be loud at night. Overall, it hotel was perfect for me and I would definitely stay at the Radisson Red again.

There was no room service at the hotel . Even baggage we had to take it to our room . It was very difficult and there were no staff for anything . Even water they did not give more than one bottle . It was ridiculous. That asked us to fill our selves. There was no concierge in the hotel . That was surprising for this type of an expensive hotel . The breakfast options for vegetarians was very less with hardly any options . Over all severely disappointed with the entire stay as we had to do all by ourselves and no staff in the hotel . Our air conditioning was not working on the suite we booked and after repeated complaints they changed the room . To even call for a plate or spoons we had to go down and get it . I did not expect to pay almost 400 usd and get this type of service . Will not recommend anyone

Overall OK but need to work on welcome vide/mood from people at the counter , no real description of the amenities or facilities was given.
Room was not cleaned one day and no support in the PM for towels ,extra water or refilling water and coffee capsules.
Expensive hotel and no real sense of comfort , received better service in other smaller hotels in the area that are cheaper

I have VIP access on Expedia but was told I could not get an upgrade. Even though they gave me an upgrade with a payment of 60 euros for 2 nights and a Raddison membership. Which means a room was available. That was disappointing. Also there was a lot of noise just below the room all night till 3 AM or later because of nearby clubs. Avoid rooms on street Other than that the hotel was very comfortable. The bar made excellent drinks.
