Wonderful room which they made available for us early as we had come in on early flight.

Great views.

Top of the Mark, as always a fantastic night.

Always a classy hotel with great service. Got upgraded to a Presidential suite( but no access to living room) and enjoyed a nice bath! Coffee delivery for $10 was nice.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Amazing service and location.

Excellent location, quick check in, very clean and spacious room and we enjoyed the restaurant as well. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great location! Very easy to

Stuff was great, hotel was clean and nice. Only minor complaint, no fridge or coffee maker in room. They offer coffee delivery to roool in the morning for a fee, but didnt know until it was too late to order. This was new since the last time we stayed. It would of been nice to know before hand. And luckily we didnt need the fridge this time, but we did have need of it in the past. Hopefully it was a temporary thing. But overall, we always have a good time at this location.

The hallway leading to the rooms constantly smelled of food. The furnishings were clean but old. The gym was also very outdated. The staff (especially at reception) were not particularly helpful or attentive. My overall rating is 4/10.

Always enjoy staying at the Mark Hopkins. It never disappoints!

this stay from check in to check out was phenomenal. the best staff (we love you sal!), location, top of the market afternoon cocktail, and overall experience - could not have topped off our trip more perfectly.
