Great hotel. Clean, convenient and good service. Spa is good but no whirlpool and small saunas. Room decor is best in class with everything you could need. Great hearty and quality breakfast. A hotel with a bucketful of style and an abundance of nostalgia. In the top 3 in London for me. Expensive but worth it

The best of London. We had an incredible experience.

Always fantastic stay at Claridges. Great service, friendliness, professionalism. This time we used the spa which was so relaxing. Food was amazing and ttd newly refurbished rooms exude quiet sophistication. The staff make you feel like you belong.

Really wonderful customer service that matches the price tag.

Fabulous as always

Beautiful Hotel and Incredible Staff!

Was exceptional !!

Claridges was superb from the doormen through reception, the restaurant service, the friedliness of all the staff and staff we met during our stay. I can only say impeccably service and attention to the finest detail an excellent stay.

Had to fill out my personal information even though I had stayed there two days earlier and have stayed there hundreds of days before. Staff checked me in and out under wrong name. Sent uto Dantes claiming the foyer was full-it was not. Dantes was more expensive, good and service were rubbish. Toilet and safe in room were broken. I loved Claridges and have always stayed there over the years. I will never stay there again.
