Hotel was very well presented and beds were super comfortable. As a family visiting for sightseeing, we liked the location and really enjoyed our stay here. Im deducting a star because air con wasnt as good as Id hoped during a heatwave, and also there was a power outage on our last night. It was resolved later in the evening, but was a bit of an inconvenience as we were trying to go out. I think we were a bit unlucky, because otherwise it was a really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and very pleasant.

That was OK

Clean and spacious room, close to metro station, friendly staff, perfect!

Room was a funny corner one, a bit tired.
Nice staff, nice breakfast

Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant. Well equipped fitness room.

Whole hotel spotless. Very comfortable bed spotless room all possible facilities provided. Hotel staff on Reception excellent friendly helpful and utterly professional

No refilling of tissue box in bathroom and no slippers were avaliable.

Good hotel for the price. Need to improve air conditioning during the hot summer days and nights

The moment we checked in,the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and it was very good. We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet, we thought it was a little expensive (27 euros). Overall, it is a nice hotel with good value for your money.
