Really enjoyed the property and it is very close to The Manhattan Cruise Terminal! I paid $540 for the night which in New York prices, is just a little more than average. For that price, there shouldve been some coffee and ice water set up in the lobby, which wasnt the case. I had to go into the restaurant to purchase coffee.

I loved every part of it

The hotel itself was fine. The rooms were really nice size. We happened to be there during the heatwave. The lobby and hallways were so hot. We happened to see the thermostat in a shared area and it was 93 degrees. I understand it was unseasonably hot, but for the workers sake, that seems very unfair. Maybe the AC was broken but then that should have been shared.

Location is great! Staff were nothing but helpful. I have stayed here before and this time was no different, an absolute gem.

Ok hotel but seemed a little worn. Booked a suite on the 14th floor with a view, but the A/C did not work properly. The toilet was noisy with constant running water and we had to ask to have the shower drain fixed. For some reason they never delivered equal amount of towels for all 4 is us. Always too many or too few. However, staff were very friendly and helped.

This hotel was lovely. Shanelle from the front desk was fabulous! I would recommend staying here. Great location with gorgeous views.

Location to the Pier 88 was fantastic. Hotel is beautiful. Clean. Staff very friendly. No complaints at all.

The staff were so lovely and always so friendly. They helped us with anything and everything.

Great views. Clean property.

The staff are always very helpful and kind. We had a slight problem with the bathroom lights and they immediately responded to fix it. Comfy bed and ambience.
