The staff are always helpful

Very friendly staff and nice room. Large and clean. Good service!

Staff is great, room clean, nice pool.

all of the above

Due to the hotel’s mistake, one of the two rooms we reserved was canceled. We had already paid through hotels.com, so we had to pay for the second room again at check-in. There were also a large number of ants in the room.

Check-in was easy and pleasant.
Room was very big, like a small apartment. Much better than expected.
Breakfast was plenty also for western Europeans a good selection.
The reception staff was very friendly and managed all my requests efficiently.
I will be back!

Great stay, initially no hot water in the shower, once I informed the staff they immediately sent a person to fix it. Pool loungers were every time I went to the pool, limited seating area. Pool temp was cold both in the lap pool and I guess the lounge pool. Lots of restaurants around, 10 min walk to BTS or metro. Shuttle service to metro was not available most of the time, so I stopped asking and just walked to metro. Friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay, this is my 3rd time at this hotel!

Great property within walking distance to many attractions. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pool was nice with a great view. Gym was outdated and very small.

great place and service

I stayed here for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New year period, it was such an amazing time, the hotel staff were always very welcome when I was leaving for the day and coming back in, there was a good variety of food every morning for breakfast, everywhere was clean, I would definitely recommend this place to stay for a short or long time, I cant wait to come back and stay here again
