Fantastic hotel, great location , 7 to 10 minutes walk to siam paragon, and 15 min wal to MBK mall. In summer, may be need Taxi to go there due to heat/humidity. few restaurant and couple of high end mall are 5 min walk. Seven Eleven store is next door. Big size studio rooms with kitchenette, Tables, chairs. Ideal for group or family travelers. Breakfast if you book when check in, price is double. we ordered BF in room due to specific food requirement. good portion and nicely laid out BF. Great ambience of hotel, staff is great. over all, no complaints and all good.

Breakfast was fine with good coffee and the staff are polite
But the checking process was terrible and for business trip travellers, likely this will be my last time

We reached 12+ and understandably, the room was not ready till 2pm which is fine

But what makes me upset was when we (including my colleagues) went back to collect room card, we have to wait at the queue for almost 20 minutes- due to one India lady complaining about service and I approached the hotel manager, she told us we have to wait and nothing much can be done.

My suggestion- please keep all room card at the priority desk for easy retrieval since we had already been processed at the earlier time, like the rest.
Thanks
