Our family had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Faubourg Galant. After extensive research for our first trip to Paris, this hotel exceeded every expectation.

The location is excellent—an easy walk to Galeries Lafayette, the Opéra district, and Rue des Martyrs, while feeling like a genuine Parisian neighborhood rather than a tourist hub. We walked almost everywhere, with Metro stations nearby when we ventured farther.

The staff made our stay exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They gladly answered questions, offered recommendations, arranged our transportation to Versailles, and coordinated our early morning transfer to Gare de Lyon for our train to Spain. Everything was seamless, making travel days completely stress-free.

Our rooms were quiet, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly during warm weather, and the layout made excellent use of the space.

Breakfast was consistently fresh, varied, and delicious—the perfect start before a full day exploring Paris.

More than anything, Hôtel Faubourg Galant became part of what made our Paris experience so memorable. It wasn’t just a hotel; it was a welcoming home base that enhanced every day of our trip. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone seeking an elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel in Paris.

You should allow guests to cancel their reservation when you are unable to provide hot water for basic needs such as showering.

We arrived at the hotel around 10–11 PM and were only informed upon arrival that there was no hot water available. This is a basic amenity that guests reasonably expect when booking a room. What made the situation even worse was that we were not allowed to cancel our reservation, and no apology or accountability was offered.

The staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. We were simply told, “I’m not the manager. There’s nothing I can do.” This is not an acceptable way to treat paying customers. Had we been informed about this issue in advance, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling. In the end, we had to take the room key and go elsewhere just to take a shower. No guest should have to deal with a situation like this after paying for accommodation.

I had an excellent experience at Faubourg Galant and truly loved my stay. The hotel is very welcoming, well organized, and clearly focused on delivering a great guest experience.

The highlight was the staff. Everyone was kind and attentive, and João made a real difference. He speaks Portuguese, which helped a lot, and he handled an issue with my room reservation flawlessly. He solved everything quickly, with genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail.

The breakfast is also delicious, with great quality and a very pleasant way to start the day.

This level of service really elevates the experience. I felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.
