Great location within walking distance of all major sights. Room was basic and no air-conditioning was available. Would put it on a par with Premier Inn in the UK. Bed was large and comfortable, fridge available and basic bathroom with shower. All very functional but not luxury at all! Paper cups and no water. Cleaner very good. Fresh towels when required. We were on 8th floor and it was very noisy with loud traffic and people at street level. Staff all very pleasant but in our view the hotel is overpriced. Wont be returning.

We really liked the hotel and would stay again. The room was big, the bed comfortable and the linens nice and cozy. It was very cold in Lyon when we were there and our only negative comment about the room is the bathroom was like an arctic climate zone! When you ran the shower it would heat up but if you went into the bathroom in the middle of the night - it was a cold plunge! Otherwise, the hotel was terrific. Staff super friendly. Espresso machine and wonderful tea selection in the room. Free (basic) mini bar and very convenient to all locations in Lyon. Even with the cold bathroom we enjoyed our stay and would return.
