Very friendly staff. Well located, convenient and clean. Totally recommended.

Positives:
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Decent location, walking distance to 2 subway stations.
Airport limousine bus stops across the road making it very easy to go to Incheon.

Negatives:
No view from bedroom as window was very high.
Very firm mattress and pillows.
No Japanese toilet.
Walls between rooms are very thin so every noise (including flushing/shower) can be heard.
Small bathroom.

Very good location, the gym is not included in the facility.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

This hotel was very convenient to access the center of Seoul. You can walk to the nearest subway station in about 5 minutes.

Great location, right in the middle of the tourist area. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping. Walking distance to the night markets.
Hotel is sparking clean. Room is so spacious. Big windows, bright room. Air conditioner works well. Washroom has separate shower room. The room even has a small kitchenette. Most of all the people who manage JD Tower Hotel are very friendly and care about their guests. The staff speak English well. Stay here if you can but book in advance, the rooms sell out!

The clerks are really nice.

We stayed for 2 weeks, not once did they clean. They only changed the towels.
At the reception there’s no one at the counter. However, the room is spacious and seems new. If you’re staying for a long period, consider a different hotel, since they do not clean the toilet or sink during your stay.
