AC wasn’t working .. inadequate drinking water .. not recommended

This trip had 6 destinations and the this accommodation was the worst of all of them with that price range
Very poorly maintained bathrooms, constant reminder of needing things i.e. toilet paper etc. Not very good the price…

Shower temperature depends upon if the neighboring rooms are also using it

No hot water in the sink

Pros: polite staff, clean hotel

Cons: cheap furniture, limited supply of toileteries, unprofessionally slow service and constant problem with water supply in bathrooms, expecially hot water

Great hotel, it lacks character and is not a luxury hotel but it has all the things you would need and is well located out of the hectic city centre yet within easy reach of it.
We loved the pool area and the breakfast was nice.
Would recommend for anyone visiting Varanasi, I think having the pool really makes it!

I am not sure why Expedia classifies this as a 5 star hotel. The room was extremely old and worn out. All I can say is that this hotel room was in poor condition for a 5 star property. The hotel lobby and restaurants were in very good condition, but the rooms felt like 2 star to me.

Great stay. Nice breakfast and amazing service as a whole.

Hi , excellent customer service .
Thank you

It’s far from all the Ghaats.. no view from rooms..Rooms are outdated.
