First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation.

The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. Room was well kept , and no issues with mosquitos unless you kept door open.

Cons might be the cost of getting into town, cost 2.5k per way. So plan for that cost as fuel prices are taking a toll on transport. Also there is a 22 percent tax on all food, but the prices of food are cheap enough that you don’t notice.

The complaints I see online don’t seem fair. They are very misguided. This is a five star stay. They have great activities , and amazing amazing spa. Only $15 for the top massage for 2 hours and scrub. I will stay here again, only difference is I’ll rent a car as you are hour outside of coron town.

Great place to relax but felt cramped as everything is centred around reception - the restaurant, the pool, the bar, the shop.
So people would be having a pre-dinner drink alongside someone in their swimsuit.

Nice food and good to have filipino food as an option.

Far too few sun loungers by the pool. Even if people spend the day away from the hotel, they want to be able to relax in the evening and this was difficult

Rooms were clean and comfortable but infested with large biting Ants. For the price paid for the room this was not acceptable.
There was a huge gap between the wall and the window frame allowing Ants into the room

Nice bit very very overpriced

Our family loved our stay at Busuanga Bay Lodge! They provided personalized, detailed service from beginning to end. I was able to arrange for airport pick-up with a single WhatsApp message, and our friendly driver was waiting for us even with a delayed flight.

AJ the GM introduced himself on day 1 and checked in on our family to ensure our needs were met.

The food was amazing in quality with a wide selection…before arrival, I was worried we might be bored with the menu since there is only one restaurant on property. But we loved every meal and had so many options!

The front desk arranged a full day snorkel and swim for my family of 4 with a convenient pick-up at our hotel pier with a private guide. At the same time, they arranged for a perfect 4-hr boat sightseeing afternoon tour for my elderly parents. It was a wonderful day for all!

We loved our stay, and this property is a gem. It really beats the crowdedness of Coron, still with all the amenities you look for when planning a Palawan getaway. Thank you to AJ and his amazing staff! We will tell all our friends to stay at BBL! Happy new year.

We made a weekend trip from Manila to Coron and decided to stay at the Busuanga Bay Lodge. The Lodge is on the other side of the island from the airport, so be prepared to pay a little extra for transportation. Upon arrival , we were greeted by the entire staff with a special reception. The view from the lobby is breathtaking as you look out past the infinity pool. We were very impressed with the entire staff as they were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I would recommend booking your excursions at the hotel since most leave closer to the airport on the other side of the island. The Lodge offers excursions that leave directly from the bay directly in front of the resort.
