Our Villa was huge, nice and clean Service fast and quick

Such an amazing views at this hotel located above the river all the way up
Never seen such an awesome view

Property is fantastic . But still service wise they need lot of improvement especially taman dedari restaurant. Girls were good at taman dedari but one guy who was serving us was not discipline enough.

Perfect for couples

My husband and I had the most amazing stay! We absolutely would love to stay again and highly recommend! We loved the staff, location, grounds, literally everything out our stay was perfect!

One of the most beautiful resorts I have been to in my life! It’s amalgamation with nature and original Balinese architecture was exquisite. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. They take care of each and every request by the guests. The restaurants have a breathtaking view of the cliff and serve Michelin class meals. Over all I would recommend this resort to everyone who comes to Bali and is looking for a luxurious stay in Ubud.

The property is amazing regarding pool and room view .. private pool .. friendly staff and good breakfast many options. There is a waterfall on site. We had an issue and it was resolved, very professional staff and manager tried to please us after what has happened which was a good thing. Would recommend

Old hotel, overrated and over priced for nothing, dirty smelly pool with fish smell, no water pressure, spiders wipe everywhere, poor breakfast, the only good thing they gave us a close villa, indoor restaurant over priced and outdoor restaurant poor menu considering we are on one of the top hotel in Ubub
My recommendation not to book at this hotel and pick anything new or nice villa from airbnb
