The room was very spacious and clean, the theming was very cute. The only drawback is ending up on the second floor with no elevators but it was manageable. The AC worked really well in the extreme heat keeping the room very comfortable. It would have been more convenient if there was a quick food option besides starbucks to grab a bite or snacks. I would not recommend the breakfast buffet, it was very crowded and the food was not great.

Room was clean, and spacious enough with plenty of hangers and a safe. Kettle. No fridge. Toiletries replenished daily. Rooms are getting a bit worn. Communal areas, stairs etc could do with hoovering. No lift. Buses aren’t very regular, maybe every 15 minutes. Takes about 15 minutes to walk via Disney Village which isn’t very attractive and very noisy. If you come by train it’s the same 15 minute walk. Staff helpful enough. Starbucks on site. Queues for breakfast looked long. €24pp.

We have a fantastic stay at the hotel, the room was lovely and clean, perfect location near reception so the added benefit of being near the shop and Starbucks/restaurants etc . The staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was so handy too, we only waited 5 mins. Loved the perk of the early access to the parks when staying at a Disney hotel. Will definitely be returning

Was amazing!
Great staff
Really helped to make our trip the best

Loved the theming and amenities. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, my socks were black from walking around the room

Room feels very dated. After seeing the fireworks we have to rush back since the luggage storage facility closes soon after (to be fair there were still staff even though we were a few minutes late). But it would be much nicer if they could just deliver the luggage to our room. Overall just a place to crash with nothing special or magical.

While the overall condition of the hotel and service was great, certain aspects of the room did feel a little outdated.

Nice basic hotel, we only booked it to gain early access to the parks.
The room was clean, a little outdated. The duvet covers did have some seams burst so a little attention to detail is needed.

Very poor
Well worn - perhaps us understandable as very cheap
Security in the lobby with cigarettes INSIDE
- informed reception, took a video, not interested

Had an amazing stay. Staff were very helpful on arrival. Clean and comfortable. Made our Disney trip extra special.
