The pool was really hard to get through up stairs down stairs continually as was the breakfast up stairs in some buildings stay outside go up out and around too complicated!!!

Lovely hotel very centrally located. Very loud air conditioning though.

Iguana Park is just right behind the hotel and the convince that most of the attractions are within walking distance. Lot of security patrolling this area but do not go once its like after 10pm.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, professional, friendly and always accommodating. In every instant I needed the slightest help they were quick and efficient.

What a great hotel! Very comfortable, great statt and a great breakfast. We did not feel very comfortable to walk around town but for a quick stopover between flights to/from Galapagos, this hotel is really great.

Room great & Katlen checked us in with a smile & friendly attitude which was lovely considering how late it was

Extremely convenient location, great hotel shuttle service, gorgeous pool area, restaurant with a great view of the pool, really goo breakfasts and very accommodating staff.

Please have little wash towels, throw away slippers, coffee maker (majority of hotels have all this), thank you.

The best hotel weve stayed in so far during our vacation in Panama. The room was large. The bathroom was a little cramped. The air conditioner was pretty loud. The pool and other amenities, like the steam room and activities area were great. We are at the restaurant three times and all were enjoyable. The best part were the staff. They were all very polite and engaging.
