I think that for this price (for a suite on a high floor with falls view) there should have been more - than was provided. No robes, no slippers, suite with 2 rooms had 2 paper cups… body wash bottle was empty in the shower, garbage bag was not even laid in the bin, it was just thrown there, probably waiting for guests to do that. Too expensive for what you get. I was honestly disappointed.

Perfect Hotel, falls view room is amazing. Don’t take your breakfast there 110$+ tips for really basic breakfast

Check in staff called Troy was very helpful to provide an upgrade. Thank you so much, it was much appreciated!

Two teenagers and their parents and everyone was happy! Beautiful view close to everything Niagara Falls!

Four stars!!!

The site was very clean and well maintained. It was very pricey, but the views of the Falls made it worth every penny. The only issue was the elevator waits. But in the end, it was a great first impression of Canada for me and my family

Upon arrival, you are immediately greated. Check in was quick and I was offered an upgraded room to a suite with a view of both falls and the fireworks. The room was amazing and the view breathtaking!

The rooms were excellent, very helpful staff and the Niagara view makes it all worth it!

Amazing room and view. Very well staffed. Plenty of food options nearby. Roll in shower was very well set up.
