Convenient location with welcome drink

The service is fast. There is a VIP lounge after check-in with free flow food n drinks
it’s a very thoughtful service provided for hungry children or customers.

Nice hotel room and good service

I stayed in room 1052 for one night, and everything was paid in advance through Hotels.com but I got charged NT.400 for no reason. Be aware.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the station

Hotel is conveniently located.
Hotel itself is aged but still a decent stay.

Nice hotel but a little run down in condition

OK

The hotel service was good.
The facilities were clean, but a bit outdated and not as good as expected—still acceptable.
The location is convenient for getting around, and the surrounding streets are typical of what you’d see in southern Taiwan.

Overall, I’d rate it around 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5.

The hotel is conveniently located and nicely maintained. A short walk to the night market and 15 minutes from train station. Room is spacious and comfy. While I found the lightings in the room kind of too dim to my liking, housekeeping promptly sent a floor lamp which helped a lot. I must say that service of hotel staff is highly commendable. Breakfast buffet served a good variety of food.
