Excellent experience! The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very well maintained. Every area was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff were not overly friendly, but it was fine as we didn’t spend much time there. The WiFi in the room was terrible. The pool area was nice though, the room was comfortable and the location is excellent, so convenient for the BTS line, which has an entrance directly from the station into the hotel. I’d stay again.

Hotel was excellent from check-in to check-out. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Sarapan good, near mrt
Overall ok

Good hotel, good breakfast, good with entrance directly from BTS station.

Great place to stay, located in a easy to reach lots of good areas in Bangkok. Best thing after arriving at airport very easy to get to hotel by train. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has had lots of renovations and looks and feels very up market. We regularly stay here now. You wont be disappointed.

The property & experience was average.

everything awsome

Good

Great location. You dont need to step on street if you arrive with sky train. And yes, this is my long time favourite. Very good value if you dont take the cheapest room! :)
