Rooms clean but dated. Location good enough for easy walking to the boardwalk/harbor/shopping & dining areas. Walkable to the main railway station ( if taking the Northern Explorer) as well — 15-20 minute walk.

Great meal clean rooms friendly staff

Great location, good size room, helpful staff. Ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed the food both times :)

Lovely staff. The air con is old noisy and doesn’t seem to work.

Clean and comfortable room, a bit tired but it was a central location and the staff were really helpful!!!

Just for a night the room was spacious but the bathroom needed upgrade the toilet seat was old and tired looking and also the shower. Good location in town

Shops were nearby, the room was a nice size for a double room, the shower door didnt close properly but I dont know if that was our room specifically. The bathroom floor had a water drain.

One night stay. Very conveniently situated for the Bluebridge Ferry terminal. Having checked in and used the lift to our room we found wed been allocated a room type that differed to the one wed booked and paid forin advance. Reception was surprised that I wasnt happy with one double bed, even though Id booked a room with two double beds. I had to insist on being moved.

Clean room, spacious, good breakfast
