I really liked this hotel and would stay again. Large room, good gym equipment and breakfast is excellent. Not too far from Irpavi teleférico.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom family room. The room is well appointed and clean. Its located on a busy intersection, noisy and have to be careful crossing the street. The staff seem to be nice but very few of them speak English, most of the front desk staff didnt understand our requests or answer any questions. Breakfast was very good. Overall, it would be good if the service level of the staff is upgraded.

Great service

Excellent place to stay. Service and location is great.

Excellent to stay with family

Thank you, Marcela. You’re the best.

Marcela is the Best. Always goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect.

Ok

It was ok. Battle with lights all night. Card box was messed up and never was fixed. It was a little frustrating to be in the shower and the lights turning off on you constantly.
