Broken lights, dirty tub. This was my second and last visit here

Convenience to the attractions + friendliness of the employees = we will return here on our next trip!

Everything was great, unfortunately neighbours were very noisey but staff took care of it which was greatly appreciated

We enjoyed our stay so much! We splurged and got the Falls View Jr. Suite and it was so worth it. We watched the fireworks from our room every night at 10:00, we loved the arcade downstairs and the accessibility to many restaurants and attractions. It was a perfect spot to stay!

room was very clean

Nice hotel, helpful staff. good price and location. The only downside is no breakfast and parking in the hotel lot is very expensive. There is another lot a little further away that is cheaper. There are a number of restaurants in the hotel. We had breakfast at IHOP, and the KEG steak house is awesome.

Very disappointed in the lack of service. Make sure to check the view before you accept the room. They overbooked , so when we complained , they were not able to offer me another room.

Two small glitches with customer service but nothing that caused big problems. When I arrived at 4 pm I was told check in started at 4 and my room would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Also I requested towels via text and was told they were delivered and they were not. Everything was clean and location was fantastic.

Everyone at the hotel were pleasant and courteous. We were on the 5th floor, so not Fallsview. Stay on a higher floor to enjoy the view. Beautiful place to be.
