Room is clean and staff is most helpful.

Very nice staff, good location for getting around

Filthy hall ways and filthy rooms. Breakfast was ok.

Room clean, staff very friendly and helpful, amenities very good and breakfast excellent food

Very clean room, friendly staff and convenience to the Taipeis MRT.

The bed for the Basic room is hard. Shower head is leaking when turn on.
Other than those issues, place is clean, staffs were very courteous and helpful. Location is great.
Breakfast buffet was included in the stay and it was good. Simple but done nicely,
It has your own self-service laundry which is bonus and you can access their K lounge where they do the breakfast for some coffee/tea and snacks.

Stains on carpets, Staff were friendly, Aircon was cold as the weather was also cold so might not be accurate to comment.

Clean room
Nice staff

Very nice service.
We’re really liked breakfasts .
Clean and quiet !

This is a wonderful value for central Taipei. The hotel is clean and spacious. The amenities provided are really five star and very premium branded like Panasonic, Toto, Nespresso. The standard room with windows is so comfortable and includes a mini living room area, almost like a suite! Very generously sized for Taipei. Lastly, the staff are all very polite and go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here!
