I booked a room for three people for two days at $90 per night, but the room was cramped. On the second day, I booked a double room online on the twelfth floor for $40, and the room had a great view. My thanks and appreciation to the employee, Lee

The receptionist, Lee, was very helpful and attentive, but there was a girl—I wont mention her name—who wasnt friendly. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 for a gym session, and she demanded 20,000 Korean dinars. I left the hotel and didnt return until 10:00 PM because I was upset and annoyed; she showed no respect

Great location, super price and welcoming staff.
The carpets are a bit grubby and the fan in the bathroom grew very loud at times.
Minor inconveniences compared to the great value of the hotel

This is a no frills hotel, dont expect much from the front desk as they were not able to help us with any tourist recommendations, the elevator was super slow, wifi didnt work in the morning we were supposed to check out so I had to ask the front desk and they had us use another rooms wifi. The hotel does not offer water either not even in a dispenser. The adjacent hotel is called Harbor hotel and that seems to be a nicer option. Skip this place is you are a tourist.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine, something to choose from for any taste. The location was central and close to some of the main attractions.

Long wait for the lift every morning. Too many guests with only 2 lifts available

Junior suite was spacious, elevators were very busy and almost impossible to get on at the 23rd floor

Good location and noce views but breakfast was horrible nothing to eat, they havent considered overseas guest at all.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Bedroom outdated, we could hear people upstairs using the toilets.

There is a sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the guest room

Had a very good stay at Hotel Adela in Busan. The location is great, just across the bridge from Nampo station,Jagalchi market is also close. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and had a great view over the city and harbour. There is also a rooftop terrace with great views over busan. Recommended
