Everything is great, food is amazing

Love the Japanes style!

Everything meets our expectation for a 5-star hotel.
One thing that is even exceeding our expectation is the staff; they are outstanding.
They really try their best to make our stay there memorable.
A special appreciation to Djoni and other front office staffs that were trying hard to get and to give us the information about the local festivals at that time - the information that we were not able to find online. Thank you.

Magnificent view. Very good staff kind and willing to service. Restaurant good.
We stayed four nights and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A most beautiful tropical resort with the the most friendly and attentive staff.

The issue with Expedia is that you request an essay on each property or experience and I do not have that time to spend.

Beautiful hotel, relaxing and enjoyable. We travel with our young children and were able to disconnect and enjoy our time together

Beautiful and serene. Staffs are very
courteous, friendly and helpful. Air is fresh and mosquitos were kept away from villas. We had an excellant time staying there.

Good atmosphere

A wonderful stay in the jungle, away from the Ubud craziness. Beautiful quiet hospitality
