Check-in rápido e cordeal.

Incredible and kind front desk. I stayed there a week and they took excellent care of me. Over and beyond care. I will always remember the Leonardo Utrecht front desk staff.
Great location, easy to walk to the train station and into the University.
Gorgeous room with wonderful window light and view of the tower.

They took care of me so well! Very very grateful for the staff at Leonardo Utrecht!

noisy room, you can ear all the Boise from outside, its impossible to sleep in this condition,

Super dirty! Toilet was smelly, hair in the bed. I woke up with an allergy crisis and skipped breakfast because we never know…

very good and convenient to train and centre

An old hotel and showing its age. Everything is knackered and noisy.
Crap shower.
Stank of drugs

Wouldn’t recommend

Otherwise ok hotel, however a bit toi close to the church bells, which I heard every hour during the night. Luckily, the room had earplugs :)

The staff was friendly and polite. But unfortunately, the room was so cold and dark. I needed a bit more lights.

I believe the hotel is three star, however all staff were very nice and professional. It may need refurbishing all property to become four star
