Hotel was great only complaint I have is the TVs. We had 3 in our room and 1 had no signal the whole time we stayed there and 1 barely had channels, just thought the tvs would on the same connections. The other family we stayed with had the same issue in their room as well. Other then that everything was good.

The staff was exceptional whatever I needed they promptly attended to it.

This stay was amazing celebrating my son’s birthday! The staff gave complimentary ice cream and the amenities and waterpark areas were so much fun!

Sad place not returning …….

Maria, a hide away bar, is the best super social in well talk I communicate.

Clean, spacious room. Good on-site dining and family fun. Close to other dining and attractions

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I didnt get to enjoy the breakfast because I wasnt going to pay $20 for a breakfast that didnt serve turkey or chicken products. I think there should be a complimentary breakfast that each person that eats there could enjoy the dining experience at this resort without it being so expensive.

I usually don’t write reviews but after staying there I couldn’t help myself. Everything was absolutely great. Food, room services, amenities and even the area itself was great. It’s a great place for families and in a safe area. The only things I would change is having check out at 11 and making sure people know about the pay for breakfast & surfing. Other than than everything was great and the next time we stay in Orlando we will definitely be staying there.

The water slides were unfortunately closed for half of our stay. Rooms were smaller than they appear in pictures. The “equipped kitchen” consisted of a mini fridge that kept things barely cold, an individual coffee maker and a microwave. The boards supporting the bunk beds were cracked and bowing. Maintenance did come that night to fix them. All of the employees were very kind and helpful.
