Good location, everything as expected, would stay again.

A very good hotel, but a little short on outlets - all of which were underpowered.

Really good

Clean and convenient, but staff wasnt very helpful

The room was clean but it was very small-a bit too cramp for comfort. There were also few if any amenities. But it is conveniently located. I km walk to Central. Tram nearby. MTR not far and plenty of taxis. I had a particularly fortunate encounter with the manager Anthony who was extremely helpful during my stay. The check-in person Jason was also friendly and pleasant but there were also a couple of other employees who were not pleasant to deal with.

We enjoyed staying together the whole family in a 3 room suite. We had previously done so in the iClub Wanchai and iClub AMTD Sheung Wan and this one is the smallest of all. The sofa bed was in very bad shape and we had to put the mattress on the floor. The manager Antony tried to make amends by offering some small gifts but overall, the space was too cramp.

Clean room and good staff.

location is convenient, hotel conditions need improvements

Amazing

Good position. Clean and safe.
