Had a great stay, lovely breakfast, friendly staff

The twin rooms were facing the street so it was very noisy. Towels were wore out and general interior was too.

Extended my stay! Recommend

I liked it I ended up extending my stay

Great breakfast. Nice pools. Hotel provides bottles water to drink and brush your teeth. They also have a shower head with new filter day 1 of our check-in. The filter was brown when we checked out on day 5 so to tell the quality of tap water. Careful if you have food especially sth sweet laying around. Ants were seen on nightstands and dining table. I still think the rooms were clean, might be just the nature of Bali.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Great area and amazing breakfast

Our room was a Sands Suite and it was absolutely Devine! The bath was lovely, the bed comfy, room service was delicious and the buffet breakfast was so good. When we come back to Bali we are definitely coming back to TSuites.
We are now at a place with a buffet breakfast and it cant shine a light on th TSuite Buffet!

While the room was spacious, clean, and stylish, the lighting was a major issue. It was far too dark to apply makeup or even see into my suitcase. Unfortunately, I wont be returning because the room lighting was inadequate.

Very nice hotel and amenities

Hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly
