The elevator was not working had to climb stairs to the fourth floor

Hotel elevator hadn’t been properly maintained for years and was out of service and everything needs some patchwork and fresh paint etc. other than that great staff and everything was clean.

Rude Russian sounding woman at desk accused me of trying to get away with not paying. Made me dig out my receipts (thank goodness I insisted the have my copy)

Broken elevator constantly stuck loudly opening and closing on floor 3.

The amount they charge they can fix the elevator.

Elevator was broken had to change rooms manager was really nice but be honest it looked like it could use a lot of work

The decor is a bit dated but the room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options with 2 attendants.
I feel that this property is an excellent value for the price. Nice pool and hot tub. I ate dinner at the attached sports bar/restaurant. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is to die for

Room was great! Staff was excellent. Ash, the manager of the restaurant was extremely nice and helpful about things to do in Calgary.

Appreciated the staff friendliness and helpfulness as well as the clean lobby and room. Good location for accessing shopping and the Saddledome without a vehicle.

Pool is not open. No advance information before the check in. Our kids are excited that they can use the pool but not. They should inform us in advance. Our kids are sad.

Great stay! Breakfast was awesome!
