The room itself was clean and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. We wish the AC had worked a bit better at cooling the room, and the ongoing construction was a minor inconvenience. It was nice to have parking on site, and the studio tour shuttle was also great to offer, though it was not available for the time we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was under renovation, the restaurant was closed and the shuttle did not move from the spot it was parked at our entire stay. The swimming pool is across the street at another hotel from the hotel we booked. Parking is available but it’s not free, cost about $20 per day.

Great hotal and nice and clean

Everyone was helpful! We really enjoyed the room

Sorry restaurant was not open. Will stay again when it does. Thanks. Great front desk people both day and night.

Great place to stay with friends or family.

The property is just so serene, the staff that assisted me was just so amazing and welcoming. The room and bed was so comfortable and clean like I was at home. Will definitely be coming here again.

Downside is no breakfast. Their restaurant was closed for renovations so no breakfast options at all. Close to grocery stores but not much walkable. Nice hotel. Only complaint was the overly intense essential oil smell in the lobby…so bad it was hard to walk through. But rooms smelled normal. Would stay here again, convenient to Universal Studios (driving)
