This was a pretty luxurious stay in the heart of Warsaw! We were so pleasantly surprised by the excellent pool and sauna/steam room. You can walk to many historic sites from here or take a quick ride to the airport.

The room had a pretty big wine stain on the floor. However the personel sorted it out for us. Good personel. Breakfast was expensive and probably not worth it. Expensive parking.

The location is good and the facilities like wellness was very good. However outdated tech as in TVs and such.

Family trip hotel was excellent. Clean breakfast was great

Pool, gym, and sauna were a wonderful surprise! Gym was small but packed a punch with impressive array of weights! Pool had a nice spa-like atmosphere with cabanas that did not need reservation or purchase.

The lobby and restaurant area were beautiful and perfectly live up to the high standards Unfortunately, the room didnt quite match that level of quality. While the bedding was crisp and incredibly clean, Additionally, the toilet felt a bit budget-level and is due for an update. On the plus side, the housekeeping service was excellent. Overall, it was a good stay, but the room just didnt quite reach the signature luxury I was expecting.

Absolutely stunning hotel with wonderful peaceful swimming facilities. Nice lounge area and bar. Helpful and warm staff. 10/10 experience.

Great hotel, very well located and with nice common areas. The restaurants’s food was stunning. The overall equipment of the room is starting to age a bit, like my shower, but overall very pleasant.

Excellent service and experience
