I prepaid the room 2 months ahead and when we checked in, at 3 pm, the room was not ready and had to wait hours before we got our keys. We prepaid a 2 room suite but was told that there no more suites available ar check in. I will never stay in this property again.

The front desk staff especially the men were not very friendly at all. We asked if the hotel provides bottled water and one of the guys saiid no we dk not provide complimentary bottled water, saying it with a little sarcasm.

Great place to stop

Great location, close to most all attractions and right next to a bus stop. They have bikes to rent (free) too. The only complaint is the bathrooms need to be cleaned or updated - theres a lot of mold in the grout.

Great location near to Suntec. Experienced problem with shower hot water system and dryer in the room which I have communicated with the hotel reception.

The staff was very accommodating in our room change request. Service was very personal and prompt.
They were also flexible in offering us replacement for breakfast as they did not provide the service on our day of stay.

A great apartment, clean ,comfy and a great position!

Everything met my expectations in a great value.

Clean Room, comfortable bed, close to restaurants

Just as described. All the necessary amenities and elegant finishes. Walkable. Definitely recommended.
