Clean room. Good hotel

My $200 has still not been returned to me I would like to get my deposit back because the room was in very good condition when we left

To say this hotel has a 4 star rating, the rooms present as a motel. Great location and the main entrance is inviting until you get to the rooms.

The room was small which is to be expected for a mid/budget hotel in Times Square. The room was clean but the bed was only a full and a bit uncomfortable. Could have upgraded to a bigger bed at the cost of $60 pp. the air conditioning was loud but it did a good job of cooling. The hotel is in a decent location and close to the many theaters. If you are looking for something a on the mid/budget side, it’s an ok choice.

Very noisy beds, very small room and noisy after midnight when the garbage trucks came.

worst experience didnt worth what I pay for

The room itself was simple and practical. Iron board, iron, safe. However, there was no microwave or mini fridge, no ice bucket. The bed itself wasnt as comfortable as I wouldve liked. The bathroom was small but enough to take a shower in a stall. Overall, this is the type of hotel you stay at overnight or maybe a few days. The bedlinens, carpet, layout appeared clean and orderly when I first entered the room, no pests. Great location for sightseeing, eating at famous diners, flagging transportation.

The rooms are outdated and could easily use some “touch” . No real
Lobby but location is amazing. Very good.

The air conditioning was defective

Maria at the Oyo Time Sqaure reception desk was wonderful (deserving of a big raise). She went above and beyond to make sure our stay at the hotel was wonderful. She was so warm and welcoming to our family traveling from PR, USA. Would stay again just for Maria. 🇮🇹🇵🇷🇺🇸
