- Room was OK but bathroom smelled of sewage and room service menu was covered in stains.
- Reception was very crowded and chaotic, felt like a busy airport.
- Lifts/elevators are not fit for purpose, often very full and requiring 10-15 minutes of waiting to get to high floors.

Bad service

Property was clean and good service

Very convenient location for Gulfood convention and DIFC. Large rooms , comfy beds, clean and good breakfast.

Horrible exp with the reception and the staff are not professional

I wanted to really like this hotel more a I had a lovely big room with comfortable bed. But a couple of issues were the fact there was never hot water for a shower. Just luke warm at best. Also, there are shops on the ground floor, and a couple of the sellers always pounced on your when you came out of the elevator which just made it unpleasant.

Not a 5 star hotel. Very dated rooms, poor check in experience. Breakfast is chaos, one coffee machine for hundreds of guests. Lifts could take 15 minutes to traverse. My room had two different sized beds pushed awkwardly together. The toilet area smelled bed. Mosquitos in the room, on the 55th floor!

Service was great and all the staff from front desk to room service were very nice and helpful.

Location is great which is at downtown and just 20m. from metro 400 m. from museum of future. Service could be improved. Team is doing their best, they may organization troubles.

Perfect
