I would like to say that the staff has been the best thing about the hotel, always with a smile, always quick to help and very friendly. Thank you!

The room was large and comfortable, the only thing that was always annoying was the smell of damp basement, it got a little better after airing and AC. Free water and cleaning every day if desired.

101 was lovely but sadly the road works were very messy and noise

Great location and facilities and lovely breakfast. Huge bed although reading lights in bed could be improved. Very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably cleaned every day, which made our stay extra comfortable. The location is excellent—just a pleasant walk along the coast to the Icon Bali shopping center. What truly stood out was the warm and courteous service from the staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Their friendliness made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended!

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was varies and delicious. The only negative was the loud group next door, nothing to do with the accomodations.

Very good and fast service. The rooms with access to the pool are recommended, really nice. Good restaurant.

Nothing to complain about. Super friendly and attentive staff. Some guests were a bit noisy.

Great location, but the noise from the next room was very disturbing — I could hear everything.

Fair. and good location.

Dissapointed with the leaking vanity drain in the bathroom and the terrible drain smell in the room all week. The large gap in the glass sliding door to the swimming pool from the room allowed mosquitoes into the room all the time. Bed was like laying on a plank of wood and was not good if you have a back problem. Our room was on the gang so extremely noisy all day and night. For the money paid for a pool access room this was a very bad and poor room.
