Our room had very bad water pressure. It was small and the cleaner didnt make the bed.
Overall not worth the price.

There Are better hotel with swimming pools, which can be nice in Hanoi hot summer.

We stay here for a week and had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel in Hanoi. The location couldn’t be more central — just steps away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I would happily stay here again.

My initial room was at the LS Del Rey. The basement room had a funky smell, TV did not work and had a really odd bathroom. I told management that this was unacceptable for 5 nights. They moved me to their sister hotel The Majestically which was just around the corner. The bed was nice, staff week nice and the spa was good.

It was amazing. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Room was very clean. The staff were amazing. I like that it is quiet that I dont hear my neighbours. The buffet was really good. They served us snacks when we arrived and packed us food for the airport when we left cause it was early in the morning. The staff were very accommodating. Overall, amazing experience.

Wonderful staff and location.

Great location near the lake. Lots of shops, restaurants close by.

Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond. We needed assistance with rebooking flights due to the Middle East airports being closed and everyone was very helpful. We only stayed one night but would recommend. Location is great.
