Clean room great staff and breakfast

One of my favorite hotels! This is my go to hotel when I arrive at the airport. The restaurant is excellent. The bed is super comfortable and the tub is great for soaking.

Bathroom was disgusting with hairs left on the toilet. There was a repeating squeaking sound coming from above the room that sounded like someone slowly opening a creaky, old door every 5-7 minutes. Staff were unfriendly. Restaurant was understaffed and the prices were insane - even for an airport.

Room service was great - very quick

The lobby smells like food and not in a good way. The bedroom and bath would be nice if they did not smell like cigarette smoke. It was not great. Bedroom furniture is well thought and the bathroom has good products and good towels.

Great hotel and loved it location to Terminal 2 E.

Great location, excellent food and staff. Only complaint would be a whistling noise by the AC system.

Physically located in the middle of terminal 2. You cannot stay nearer to check in. Perfect for late evening and early morning flights.

It took more than 15 minutes (timed) to register at 7 PM.
Furniture (table, vanity mirror) showed signiticant wear (chipped).
Bathroom towels were very small. Restaurant service was also very slow.
Other than location, I had expected more from an expensive hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room and staff were friendly.
