Awful place. ☹️ Why is this property even offered on Hotels.com? To begin with, the photos shown of the place are a complete lie. The location is in a dingy, gray multi story complex embedded in an old mini-mall block. The taxi driver handn’t even heard of it and had a hard time finding it. This is basically a Korean, self-service “love hotel”near the airport offering zero customer service, and virtually no in-house guest amenities. The one or two staff members are non-English speaking, rude, and respond with annoyance when asked for assistance giving exhausted travelers a hand. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks to stay at a genuine hotel!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient for us because we used a luggage storage service in the building right next door. We didn’t realize how close it was until we arrived, and it made our trip so much easier.

Another big advantage was the complimentary airport shuttle. It picks you up from Terminal 1 and takes you directly to the hotel, and it also provides transportation back to the airport, which was very convenient.

The hotel was comfortable, and everything worked well for our short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel was honestly very disappointing. It feels more like a creepy nursing home or hospital, with long, dark corridors that make the atmosphere quite uncomfortable.

The room itself is decent but very worn down, and the windows are covered with plastic, so you can’t even see outside — which makes the stay feel even more closed off.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially considering that for the same price you can stay at the luxury hotel right across the street.

That said, the location is convenient: it’s close to the airport, there is a free shuttle service, shopping options in the building, and easy access to the aforementioned luxury hotel with great restaurants, entertainment for kids, and better overall facilities.
