The classic San Francisco! Where should I begin?? Everything was so immaculate! Service flawless; Rooms were perfectly clean and beds were perfectly comfortable. Of course the hotel is old but boy they have maintained it so well ! Its right at Union Square so you already won in terms of location! Its central to everything and you can pick and choose any of the public transportation modes that SFO provides right outside of the hotel. We loved it and will definitely come back again.

Hotel was beautiful, staff friendly helpful.
The only thing I did not understand is how can a hotel of this status close room service at 11pm. It was very weird.

Super posh, excellent service! Geoge the bellhop was outstanding…Javier the doorman was rockstar… Highly recommend!

Was a great visit service was great, food was good and the only negative was the room had a dirty glass (lipstick).

Amazing hotel great staff. No complaints.
