The wifi is very bad. You can see the wifi but you cannot connected.

OK

The location of the hotel is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed is clean and spacious.

This time, I stayed in the presidential suite, which was very spacious. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was completed quickly. The only disadvantage is the insufficient Internet bandwidth at night; even watching YouTube on the in-room TV isnt good enough. The room had a bar with an induction cooker, but there is no cooking utensils or tableware, only a kettle. Overall, it was still a very good stay.

Good staff, could communicate well. Rooms were creative and well kept.

Elevators were too crowded and inefficient. Some parts of the room were a bit of a waste of space and little bit unclean. Didn’t have hot water for 2 days but it was ok. View was a bit lacking.

Location, room and staff have all been fantastic

Hotel staff were always polite and friendly, assisting with requests and making you feel welcomed.
Breakfast had good variety - Western style toast and croissant or Asian style congee, noodles, steamed dim sum, braised meat and stir fried veggies etc.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lobby smelt fragrant.
Overall pleasant stay and would highly recommend the Themed rooms which can include foosball table, Nintendo/PS3, Mahjong table, arcade etc. depending on the room you get.
