This is a nice comfortable hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All good except for the food service. The restaurant closed at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 9:15. Similarly room service ceased at 9pm so couldn’t get anything to eat. Very disappointing.

Very convenient to access public transportation , walkable to big shopping center, local cafes ..
Also it has laudary equipment to use anytime, so thoughtful .
Staff are nice as well

Very good stay at this hotel. The only negative aspect at the end was that the frontdesk was unable to order us a suitable taxi for us three with our luggage. So, we stayed outside in the rain and were trying to find a taxi. This took some time and was killing the mood. Uncool ending of a nice stay! I expect a more professional approach from the frontdesk to support guest needs.

The fitness center didnt have any dumbells. The staff were very nice.

Its not good for air condition it was hot so i ask turn the air conditioners but they told me not have air conditioner .

The hotel is right between Sindorim and Guro station which is perfect if youre a Fan of an easy Trip to the Hotel. The room was nice and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Clean, quite and comfortable. Nice experience. Will come back next time. Highly recommended.

Good location, good receptionist, good amenities and drinks.

If I come to nearby, I must use here again.
