Surprisingly large units (for SG)
Amazing team, kind and genuinely caring.

We had a 21 night stay in the Novotel Living. Its in a great place centrally located in Singapore with easy access to transportation. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The initial welcome was great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was exactly what we needed and is well serviced. Plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. Pool is wonderful and most days we had it to ourselves.

Good property, very helpful staff, walkable to all the best malls. It was a bit dated, but overall was a great stay.

Novotel Living Hotel is very nice place and very friendly staff including housekeeper. I recommend stay this Hotel is much better.

Two weeks in singapore a real home from home staff so freindly and helpful , makes the stay even better , three days is not enough in singapore to see it all amazing time amazing hotel

everything was okay except that the air conditioner was not working well, either the room was too hot or cold

Pros: good location
Cons: poor condition. The room didnt even look like the photos. Bathroom hook was loose. Shower door loose and leaking water cause it couldnt close properly. After the shower ... used the hair dryer.. it sounded loose inside and started smelling smoking and had to go down and speak to staff about all the issue the staff didnt offer a room change even though i requested.
