Cost aligned with location, facilities, and service. Overall positive experience.

All perfect, except for the breackfast….

Room okay, relatively clean and good size. Breakfast was mainly Korean basics consisting of rice, soup and kimchi. Pool area was not included in the stay, even though it said so on hotels.com description. We couldn’t access the gym because we didn’t bring any inside gym shoes. Pool and gym were in different buildings a short walk from hotel. If you plan to visit Lotte world I think the area is a good choice, otherwise stay somewhere north of Han river.

Shower wasn’t very clean, room has a lot of damage

a negative experience. The room was not clean, with visible dirt and stains and also in poor condition,The staffs attitude was also lacking, as they were dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to ask something
Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was not well-stocked and the food was stale. Overall, the hotel is in disrepair and the staff does not seem to care about the guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Can I get a refund for my food

Basic hotel with staff just doing their job. Not friendly and welcoming.

Good location. 7-11, starbucks, Lotteria. Olive Young just next to hotel. Subway is 5 minutes walk distance.
Breakfast is quite simple traditional Korea food, everything spicy besides rice.

Budget hotel nothing fantastic

From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning.

The hotel was adequate but was quite noisy, lacked facilities and the outside of the windows were filthy.
Breakfast was very ..... Korean with no real internation options other than cornflakes and toast. Water park seemed a bit deserted but then it was winter.
