Staff didn’t explain well when processing the balance and payment during the check in

The staff waa so friendly and helpful from check in to check out. They made my last few days in Taiwan very comfortable.

It was loud all the time in the room next to the front desk. And is it ticks? Is it bed bugs?
Worst bites Ive ever had in 2 nights. The bites got worse every day, and they still itch...
The location is great, but I paid for it and got bit!

Close to night market. Otherwise somewhat far away from other sites. I would say this was a low budget experience at a higher price point.

Overall is good and hotel is clean, surprise that hotel Electrical outlets is travel plus but there is no window inside the room,
The hotel also providing coffee machine
There is a night market nearby and around 10-15 min walk distance , 5-10 min from metro station
A hospital in opposite side and may often hear the ambulance voice

The staff were courteous and the place generally clean. However, one glaring problem is that the sound-proofing is non-existent. It was so noisy throughout the day and night that its hard to sleep.
