Our stay was amazingly relaxing! The staff are extremely helpful, and the facilities are wonderful and clean. Highly recommend a stay if visiting Taipei!

Good.

Check in was simple. Rooms are very good. Hot Spring was great. Restaurant was average.

Super clean room, food was great. In-room hot spring tub was big enough for the whole family.

We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that wont scald you. It was closer to an hour.

One of the nicest onsen hotels I’ve experienced in Taiwan ! Comfortable room , large balcony , great and clean indoor and outdoor onsen facilities …

World-class service, I will definitely visit again next time

Nice getaway away from Taipei and well maintained in Beitou. Breakfast is amazing. Hotsrping bath in hotel room with cold water option is amazing.

Wonderful onsen stay with amazing breakfast, service, and amenities. Private onsen for every room with lux decor. Everything about this stay was incredible!! Highly recommend.

Always good
Service, food, room all good
