We had a great stay, hotel is well located in the center, convenient for tour pickups, breakfast is ok, but main concern was that we booked a tour through an agency, and for some reason one of the tour providers had a mishandling situation, that being a third party, they reached to the hotel, and the managing personal of the hotel, gave away our information to the third party.
This was very surprising from the hotel reception not to keep our privacy first.

The pictures of the property and location are deceiving. The property is in a very busy area and you can hear everything from your room. The worst part is the bed was hard as a rock!

The bathroom in H32 has obvious molds on the countertop. Please clean it up to be more pleasing.

Food is excellent, lots of choices esp clean rooms.

Its near all of the major shopping. Excellent staff and the restaurant has a great view of the mountains.

Everything was fine, this was just a quick one night stay before flying out. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit limited for western tastes. Only thing that I didn’t like was the room did not have an outside facing window, it did have a balcony door, but this opened onto a corridor! I was only there overnight so wasn’t a problem but if I was staying longer this would be a problem, and this was not specified in the reservation

Pictures looks very nice, but they are fotoshoped and in reality the hotel looks 20-30 years older, so it dosnt feel like the same hotel you see. The breakfast is tragic, 40 min before closning there was only rice left. After talking to the manager the staff did their best to give us something to eat that was appreciated. But the breakfast is not worth its price.

Very good hospitality. Will recommend to any guests.

I had the most relaxing time at `hotel moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The check-in process was smooth.

The customer service throughout my stay was top-notch, from the incredible room service. The atmosphere, views, and drinks were all exceptional.

Although I stayed for only three days, it was so wonderful that I didn’t feel the need to step outside the hotel.
