The room and facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional and paid great attention to detail. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was when they offered us takeaway snacks and coffee upon checkout, knowing that we were leaving before the breakfast service began. Their attentiveness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, polite

Clean room, best staff ever. Never experience this high level of service before.

Outstanding service by hotel overall, especially for my request for non-down bedding materials. Clean, efficient, friendly, courteous, attention to detail in every way. Great location close to main station and metro, steps away from multiple eateries. Would like to return to Taipei just to stay at this hotel. Hands down my kind of hotel.

Heart of the city. Caters to mid level Japanese salarymen. Service and attentiveness is almost over the top for westerners. Multi language staff, knowledgeable and a great location. Rooms are clean and renovated as best it can be. Very small laundry facilities on site with large coin op store 5 min walk away. Super convenient.

Room was clean and sufficient. The best thing is the excellent customer service where the staff tries to get to know you, something only smaller boutique hotels can offer.

The staff service is very very helpful
I really appreciated. The interior is very clean and tidy. I would think that is a 4 star hotel instead

Nice room, very clean and neat but still can smell 2nd hand smokes even thought it’s clean.
